Do you accept customized orders? i.e. size, design, own choice of fabric/s
At this time, we don't accept custom orders. All products are made in my signature styles and designs, carefully prepared in small batches to ensure consistent quality.
Do you accept bulk orders?
I don't do bulk orders--only what's available online is for sale.
Are you open to resellers/rebranding?
All items are made under my atelier's brand, so I don't offer resale or rebranding.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
Since all are products are ready-made, we ship orders within 24-48 hours from date of payment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in the Philippines.
Do you ship worldwide?
No, I currently only ship within the Philippines.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
