Silong

Frequently asked questions

At this time, we don't accept custom orders. All products are made in my signature styles and designs, carefully prepared in small batches to ensure consistent quality.

I don't do bulk orders--only what's available online is for sale.

All items are made under my atelier's brand, so I don't offer resale or rebranding.

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

For on-hand products, we ship orders within 24-48 hours from date of payment. For made-to-order products, production takes 7-10 days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Local shipping would take 1-2 days; Standard international shipping would take 30-45 days, while Express would take 7 days.

Our products are manufactured in the Philippines.

We currently ship to the following countries: Philippines, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
